Night Objects sounds like a book with a mood problem in the best possible sense. I am usually in for that.

I like stories that seem a little off before they explain themselves. That tension, where the ordinary room starts leaning the wrong way, is usually enough to keep me reading.

This is the kind of title I would pick up because of the atmosphere first, then stay for whatever strange shape it finally takes.
